We are delighted about your interest in our company. Data protection is a particularly high priority for the management of Digi Soft UG. Use of the website of Digi Soft UG is generally possible without providing any personal data. 3. Cookies and Consent Management

The website of Digi Soft UG uses cookies and processes personal data for the following purposes: operating the website, improving user experience, processing contact enquiries, and developing our services. We set the following cookies:

  • Session cookie (PHPSESSID): Stores the chosen language and the administrative login session. Necessary for the site to function. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  • Theme preference (ds-theme): Stores your chosen light/dark display mode in localStorage. Not transmitted to the server.

4. Collection of General Data and Information

The website of Digi Soft UG collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. Collected may be the browser types and versions used, the operating system used by the accessing system, the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrers), the date and time of access to the Internet site, an Internet protocol address (IP address), the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

This data is used to deliver the contents of our website correctly, to optimise the content of our website, to ensure the long-term viability of our information technology systems, and to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. Log files are automatically deleted after 30 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Contact via the Website

The website of Digi Soft UG contains information that enables a quick electronic contact to our enterprise. You may contact us directly by e-mail or by using the contact form available at /contact.

Contact form: When you submit the contact form, the following personal data are collected and stored: name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional), and your message. This data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (SSL) and stored in a database on our EU-hosted server. It is used solely to process your enquiry and to contact you in response.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required, at the latest after six months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Routine Erasure and Blocking of Personal Data

The data controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the European legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.

If the storage purpose is not applicable, or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or erased in accordance with legal requirements.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and to receive a copy of that data.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you where one of the grounds listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to obtain restriction of processing under the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR.
  • Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw any consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future.
  • Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR): You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for Bavaria is the Bayerischer Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz (BayLfD), Wagmüllerstraße 18, 80538 München, www.datenschutz-bayern.de.

8. Data Security and SSL Encryption

We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock icon in the address bar of your browser.

We also employ appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction, or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

9. Timeliness and Amendments to this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is currently valid and dates from June 2026. Due to the further development of our website and offers above it, or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy. The current privacy policy may be accessed and printed at any time on the website at digi-soft.tech/datenschutz.
